Our client is a small consulting firm that is looking to fill a unique role in the bridges field. You will work with the executive to expand their bridges capability and team. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, an interest in joining in a dynamic environment and looks to innovate and improve service delivery to exceed their client’s expectations.

The work

They have an established pipeline of projects and will see you work on a diverse range of projects and requires someone who is motivated less about the prestige of a project and more about the complexity and solving the complex challenges that it presents their clients. The firm has already built strong relationships with major state government entities and is the go-to for a number of the leading contractors in the market.

Who this role will appeal to

• You will have a proven track record of working on a range of bridge projects and other associated infrastructure. Ideally, you will have a clear idea of the clients you want to work with and have built good relationships in the industry

• Of equal importance is your interest and willingness to get involved in projects and work closely with others in the organisation to ensure the work delivered meets and exceeds the client need.

• You are joining a firm that has ambitious growth plans so you will be playing a key role in developing the team and capabilities of the more junior staff and contributing to the strategic direction of the firm.

This role is not going to suit someone who is looking to only do the technical work and focus only on the largest road or rail infrastructure projects.
