• Experienced in winning and delivering small-medium sized project with local government, TfNSW and contractors

Your responsibilities

• Wearing multiple hats. You will be delivering projects, growing business by preparing proposals and building client relationships; recruiting and guiding your team to develop the client’s capability and capacity

• Having a hands-on approach in all projects to deliver high-quality engineering solutions for the company’s clients

• Bringing your leadership skills and experience to cultivate a culture of high-performance within the team

• Leading the development of bids with local government, TfNSW and contract clients

• Leveraging your existing relationships within the market to attract talent and grown the Roads and Civil team

• Expanding your network through attending events with peer organisations and clients

To be successful in the role

You will utilise your leadership skills to differentiate our client in the NSW market, by providing exceptional project delivery. You will leverage your existing profile in the market to grow the Roads and Civil Team and position the client as the Roads and Civil Team of choice. You will lead and grow the Roads and Civil Team, by identifying hiring needs and securing highly talented candidates from the market to build a cohesive, collaborative and sustainable team of talented professionals. By supporting positioning efforts for project roles, you will raise the company’s brand across their client base including local and state government and contractor clients.
